Payment
For all workshops, advance payment is required at least 1 week prior to the workshop date. You may make
payment via Paypal, money order or an official girl scout check.
You may receive a full deposit of your refund if you cancel within one week of making your reservation.
You may receive a 50% refund of your deposit if you cancel your reservation after 2 weeks.
There are no refunds once full payment has been made. Rescheduling is possible and subject to our calendar
(space available).
If one or more girls are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, there are no refunds or credits toward
future workshops. It is suggested that you substitute one or more scouts from another troop in their place.
If you cannot find replacements, we may have some materials that you can take back to the girl(s) who were
not able to make it, however, the materials may not be considered a full completion of the topics covered in the actual workshop.
The leader/scout will be responsible for ‘filling in the blanks’ of any missing requirements. Please ask for
any materials the day of the event.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will have the option of a full
refund or a reschedule. Mother nature sometimes creates hazardous conditions and we want to keep everyone safe.
Please be sure that you finish your snacks and have cleaned up before we arrive OR wait until after the workshop
to eat. All workshops will begin and end on time. If you are still snacking when we arrive you will have a shorter amount
of time to complete the workshop.
