Girl Scout Workshops Made Easy (and FUN) !

I think the most favorite workshop is Spa-tacular ! This workshop empowers girls to feel as beautiful on the inside as they do on the outside. We can customize this workshop to include many things.

The girls work together (under our direction) to give each other mini-manicures, pedicures and facials which focus on skin, body and foot care.

We can teach them some simple massage techniques and breathing exercises to assist them in stress relief.

Demonstrations of Yoga and Tai Chi are available.

We can teach them to make their own lip gloss, body glitter, bath salts and other items.

uniquely ME!: Inside and Out

The Girl Scout/Dove Self-Esteem Program
Ages 11-14

Created in 2002 to address the critical nationwide problem of low self-esteem among adolescent and pre-adolescent girls, uniquely ME! is designed to foster self-esteem in girls, ages 8-17.

Your two hours can be tailored to include whichever badges, try-its or pedals that your girls need. The ones here are the ones I know off the top of my head that I can assist you with. If you think there might be another, don't hesitate to ask me.

This is a "work in progress" website. I will come back and fill in a little more detail as I have time.

Workshops are 2 hours long. In Austin, Texas - during the school term, workshops times are Monday-Friday beginning at 5:30pm. During the summer and spring break they may start as late at 7:00pm.

San Antonio sessions are only available on Saturdays and Sundays. (Austin workshops are also available on the weekend)
